Platform Utilization
By accessing the CeppHire Intelligence Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform provides automated technical auditing using generative AI and real-time proctoring telemetry.
Usage Credits & Billing
The platform operates via a credit-based consumption model. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. One (1) credit is consumed immediately upon the initialization of an interview session. Lemon Squeezy serves as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Academic & Professional Integrity
Any attempt to circumvent our proctoring systems—including tab-switching, use of external LLMs, or unauthorized collaborative assistance—will result in an automatic "Flagged" status and potential revocation of platform access.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is." CeppHire Intelligence Systems makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated summaries or the final outcome of any hiring process facilitated through the platform.
